The session is ideal for the new and budding cyclist who wants to scrub up on skills or learn how to fix a puncture or repair a broken chain.
The sessions are held as a group session with all materials and equipment provided

With the new year approcahing fast, we all know Christmas will be over far to quickly. In the new year Rocky Roads will be rolling out several new courses. hopefully there will be something for everyone, if not as always get in touch ASAP, and we will help you in every way we can.
New courses for 2011 will include:
- Kids basic maintenace session
- Basic group maintenance sessions
- Advanced group maintenance sessions
Many more are currently being planned, keep your eyes peeled!
